American Style Backyard Smoker.

This is a horizontal offset free standing smoker. The unit is the perfect size for the backyard cook who wants to smoke meat for the family or small gatherings. This smoker won't feed and army, but it will take care of most people's needs.

Easy to use, you make your fire in firebox with hardwood and smoke chips, and the smoke and heat travel through a hole on top of the firebox into the bottum of the meat box and out on top. Make fire add your meat in and close the lids. Check and add wood every hour or so if needed. This unit is for slow smoking typically 4-16 hours depending on type of meat you smoking.
